Funding
All funding in Scotland is now administered & delivered by the Energy Savings Trust via the team at Home Energy Scotland. Funding is available for air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, solar electricity, energy storage batteries, solar hot water & biomass boilers.
This is available for both current and self-build new homes. As an accredited micro certification scheme partner, with over 10 years’ experience, we are able to offer access to this excellent scheme.
Current levels of funding are: Updated June 2022
- £10,000.00 for air or ground source heat pumps which consists of £7,500.00 non repayable cash grant & £2,500.00 interest free loan.
- £10,000.00 for a biomass boiler which consists of £7,500.00 non repayable cash grant & £2,500.00 interest free loan.
- £5,000.00 for solar electricity which consists of a £5,000.00 interest free loan.
- £6,000.00 for energy storage batteries which consists of a £6,000.00 interest free loan.
- £5,000.00 for solar hot water which consists of a £3,750.00 non repayable cash grant & £1,250.00 interest free loan.
